    If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled by Apple, Google, or our secure payment processor.

However, no mobile app or internet system is 100% secure.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and login credentials.

 

Not a Medical or Emergency Service

Well-Check is not:

  1. A medical service
  2. A monitoring service
  3. A replacement for 911 or emergency responders

If you need emergency help, call 911 immediately.

This also means Well-Check is not a HIPAA-regulated service, and should not be used to transmit medical records or diagnoses.

 

Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the service.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@well-check.com.


Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  3. Request deletion of your data
