Termination of Use / Account Suspension
Well-Check, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App or Site, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Reasons for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
- Misuse of the App, including reliance on it as an emergency response service
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete account or contact information
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation or security
- Abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct toward the App, the company, or other users
Upon termination or suspension, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may deactivate or delete your account and associated data, subject to any required data retention obligations.
You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of any information you wish to retain. Well-Check, LLC is not liable for loss of data due to account termination, suspension, or deletion.
You may choose to discontinue use of the App at any time. To request account deletion, please contact:

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
